OK, most of these aren’t really the healthiest thing ever, but they’re a great comforting treat for lunch one day.

So here’s where we’re at now:.All the walls are now light and bright, except for that fun brick wall that we exposed last year.. Yup, that’s a sign leftover from Christmas still up there.

Still haven’t been able to fight my way into the garage to find a crow bar to take it down. It’s really stuck on there.. It’s such a blank canvas! All that empty space to work with is making me nervous, but I’m slowly gathering my thoughts about how I want it to feel in here..

Most of the furniture (except for that exercise bike!)will be staying for now, but we’ll be adding some curtains, a rug, new bedding, a new light fixture, and some other fun things to make it feel extra comfortable for the next little while until we’re ready to start tearing down (more) walls..

In the future, we’re going to do some built-in storage on this wall with some open shelving exposing the brick, but for now just some trim around rough edges of the door way will do the trick..

I started gathering a few supplies recently and I’m pretty excited about where this is going..living room archives.
